Subject: Race Day Volunteers.

Hi Everyone,

Once again I’m sending the call out for volunteers for our Dirt Track race meeting this Sunday.

A few of the usual key people will be unavailable on the day so I’m hoping that members who haven’t volunteered before will put their hand up. Remember, the more volunteers we get the less each one has to do.

Please let me know if you are prepared to help out this weekend by replying to this email.

Cheers,

Rob
