MX/Off Road AIS Training Camp apps closing soon

 

Applications for riders interested in attending one of two Motorcycling Australia(MA) Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) Motocross/Off Road Training Camp for riders ages 16 to 21 are closing Monday 1 August 2011 - no late applications will be accepted.

Interested riders can download the application form from www.ma.org.au/forms and completed forms should be sent by fax or email to:

The camps will be held in Canberra from 1-7 September 2011, and 17-26 January 2012, and will include general sports science (i.e. nutrition, sports psychology, physiology, strength and conditioning etc.) as well as physical conditioning and motorcycling specific training where participants will receive personalised tuition from Australia's leading coaches.

NB: Participants will be required to personally supply and transport their own motorcycle(s) for use during the camp.

For riders interested in receiving information regarding MA's AIS camps in 2011/2012 Expression of Interest forms are available to download from the MA website at www.ma.org.au/forms (look for AIS Training Camps) these forms should also be returned to MA's Development Officer on the details listed above.
