A meeting for Interclub Road Racing has been organized for Friday 11th. February, 2011 – 7:30p.m. at the MV office, Suite 125, 9 Hall St., Port Melbourne.

 

Representative/s of your Club should attend this meeting, as issues important to your members may arise.

 

Minutes of the previous meeting (February 15, 2010) as emailed July 14, 2010, are attached for your information.

 

Dates for the 2010 Series , as emailed December 14, 2010 are as follows:

 

            Round 1          April 2 (Sat)                Phillip Island

            Round 2          May 1                          Broadford

            Round 3          July 17                         Winton

            Round 4          September 11                          Broadford

            Round 5          October 23                  Broadford

 

 

Please advise any items that you believe should be included in an agenda for this meeting – I will collate these items and advise delegates prior to the meeting date.
