We have been reviewing our telephone performance and have identified that calls made to the main MA number sometimes take too long to answer.

So that this happens as infrequently as possible, and so that you get to talk with the MA staff member you need without having to wait for a transfer, we ask that wherever possible, you call the staff member directly.

If a staff member is on the phone or not at their desk, please leave a detailed message including the time you called and the best number to return your call.

It’s MA policy for us to respond to calls the same or the next business day. For part time staff, please understand that this means a response may take several days.

For questions of a technical nature, it’s often best to send an email. This way we can track your query and ensure a proper response is made.

Our office hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm AEST Monday to Friday. While there is a central after-hours voicemail, calling the numbers above outside office hours will let you leave a message for the staff member you need whenever you call.
